Two markets.
Both directions.
Blue Cart Project helps Chinese companies commercialize their products in the United States — and helps U.S. companies bring their products to China. One team, two directions, a single route between them.

Who's driving
Nathan Mair is a pharmacist and former pharmacy owner turned entrepreneur, content creator, and founder based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He brings a rare blend of healthcare-grade rigor and cross-cultural business experience to the Blue Cart Project.
Nathan also founded Hao Chi Ann Arbor, a regional Chinese food brand built on authentic culinary storytelling — an early proving ground for the same instinct that drives Blue Cart Project: finding what makes a product genuinely resonate with a new audience, not just translating it.
Nathan is a content creator in his own right, and with his wife — whose social media page in China (Douyin, the Chinese TikTok) has grown to 3.4 million followers — he has direct, firsthand insight into Chinese consumer trends and digital culture. That vantage point, on the ground in both countries, is what Blue Cart Project puts to work for every partner it takes on.
How the cart moves
Understand the product & the gap
We start with what the product is, who buys it today, and exactly what changes when it crosses the border — regulatory, cultural, and competitive.
Build the market entry plan
Positioning, pricing, channel strategy, and partner targets — mapped to the destination market, not adapted from a generic playbook.
Connect to partners & channels
Introductions to distributors, retailers, and — where it fits — direct-to-consumer reach through short-video commerce and content.
Stay on the ground
Ongoing trade and marketing representation so the relationship — and the sales — keep moving in both directions.
Ready to cross the border?
Whether you're a Chinese brand eyeing the U.S., or a U.S. company ready for China, Blue Cart Project is built to move your product the rest of the way.
